Custom products take time to paint and for the shoes/skateboards to come in.

YES!. If I post your products that you purchased from me when I'm done, I can tag your Instagram username. Just let me know what your username is in the 'notes' at checkout.

First we discuss the custom design you want. We find out what brand/style/color/size shoes you want. Once you're ready to place your order, we will send you a 50% deposit invoice. When we see your order come in, we will purchase the base shoes and once they arrive at our Shoedio, we will begin the design process.

Yes, I can do any shoe that you request for me to customize.

If you already have a pair of shoes you want us to paint, yes you can send them in. But generally we purchase the shoes.

Yes. Deposit is determined by the total price.

Yes you can request any design you want. But won't try to copy other aritst's work but could chnage it up so its differnet but also follows the same design you were wanting originally.

Total price includes: cost of the shoe, design concept, time and labor, plus shipping.

Feel free to send us a message as we do take on other custom projects depending on what it is/within our ability to do so. Anything from skateboards, Basketballs, and even peices of clothing.

Yes we do! We offer free standard shipping on all Continental U.S. orders over $20. Cart total must be at least $20.00 AFTER discounts, excluding taxes & shipping. 

Depending on what you order, is how long shipping is.

Custom Shoes - 1-2 weeks

Custom Skateboards - 1-2 weeks

Clothing - 1-3 business days

Accesories - 1-3 business days

*IF a order contains a custom product (Shoes/Skateboards) that is paired with items such as clothing or accessories. Your order will take the same amount of time as the custom products (1-2 weeks)*

All products are subject to a 30- Return Policy with some exceptions if tis still brand new and not worn.

FOR CUSTOM PROUCTS such as shoes/skateboards sales are final with some exceptions like them being in the original packging and not have not been worn. Shipping labels are printed and boxes are generally shipped next business day. Please allow 48 hours from shipping notification confirmation to track package. International shipments are sent via USPS First Class International which generally do not track all the way to the destination.

Youll be able to track your order here on my website, simply go to your acccount and under orders youll see the order # and what your bought. With shipping & tracking on that order after purchasing.
